	Bob Romano With over 25 years experience in motor racing and performance tuning, Bob has established himself as ‘the authority’ on motor vehicle enhancement. Over the years Bob has tuned and prepared an enormous number of different vehicles, many of which having held lap records at a national championship level in various prominent race tracks around Australia. This experience and know-how is obvious on the workshop floor, and has been the backbone of Bob Romano Performance Motors ongoing success.

	Chris Romano Chris Romano, a fully qualified automotive technician trained by BRPM and nominated for apprentice of the year in 1998. Chris has been further trained by Bosch, Autotech, Motec, Haltech & Dyno Dynamics. His has extensive experience with using and developing Dyno tuning software and is at the forefront of today's engine tuning technology. Experienced in building, tuning and driving of numerous racing/sports cars, Chris' ability to get the utmost performance and reliability out of a vehicle has been both proven on the road and the track.

	Esther Romano Highly commended as accounts keeper with experience beyond her years, Esther has a dedication only matched by Bob Romano himself. Her excellent organisational skills have been proven across a number of callings, but especially in the performance motors industry. Makes a good cup of coffee!
